2 cups coconut water
1 cup mango
1 cup pineapple
2 cups spinach
Combine ingredients in your blender or Vitamix and puree until smooth.
Play with the balance of ingredients according to taste or what you have on hand. Substitute kale or collard greens for the spinach. Coconut water makes a great base that kids love. The sweetness of mango and the tartness of pineapple temper the greens; add a banana to sweeten and thicken it up.
