Lorna Jane – El Paseo’s Store Opening Celebrates the Active Life
Lorna Jane opened a new store in Palm Desert in the quaint El Paseo shopping district near Palm Springs. Since 2012, this Australian activewear clothing line has opened 36 stores in the US, and the Palm Desert store is the latest. The mission of the clothing line is to encourage an active lifestyle through the daily practice of Move Nourish Believe.
Palm Desert Assistant Manager Tori Durazo says that the store interacts with the desert community through weekly trunk shows at area studios along with a busy schedule of frequent in-store happy hour events. Emblazoned on the wall behind the register is the store philosophy, “Active living is simply getting more out of life by giving more of yourself everyday.”
Celebrated as an icon of Australian fashion, Lornia Jane Clarkson lives and breathes her brand’s values. Her role sees her overseeing the creative direction of her company, directing entire collections and marketing campaigns.
