Finishing my comment – I met Tiffany at age 62 when I began taking hot yoga classes at Bikram Yoga Manhattan Beach owned and operated by Tiffany. I came at the suggestion of my son who experienced the benefits of hot yoga and believed it would help me as a recovering alcoholic, two pack a day smoker, widow and basically a broken person. With Tiffany as a strong influence in my life by just watching her as a leader, caring individual, mother, business owner and my yoga teacher at 65 years old, I just completed my second 200 hour RYT Training in Hot Hatha Yoga. I am now sober three and a half years and a non smoker for three years. I did it because I believed I could. Because Tiffany did whatever she set out to do. So I believed I could to. The cracks in my vessel are healing and with someone like Tiffany to watch as she handles each surprise life has to offer I am a stronger, better individual. She is one-of-a-kind Universal woman and she will always have a place in my heart. I am so blessed to have had her placed in my path when she was. It turned my life around. I am forever grateful for who she is in this world. I look forward to her future and what it holds for us all. She is truly amazing. I live in Washington State now but follow her on Facebook as a friend and fellow yogi. She continues to be a strong influence in my life. She has my utmost respect and love.
