Reminds that from time to time students would say to me before yoga class “I saw you on the highway” and I’d think/say “I hope I wasn’t picking my nose”. Sometimes we think we’re unseen/sheltered in our car cabin cocoon. I also often thought how embarrassing it would be if the person you just got mad at and gave the finger to on the road were to show up in the class you were heading to to teach. In LA it could easily happen. Better that you’re a courteous driver and they show up to your class. And also with so many drivers stressed out there we can be the ones to set an example by letting them in, smiling, etc and in turn they might repeat the gesture to someone else. Or, at least, it’s good to put that karma out there. Thanks for reminding us!
