<div>I<strong>ngredients:</strong></div>
<div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">1 1/2 cups diced peeled pitted mango (about 1 1/2 large)</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">1 cup plain nonfat yogurt</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">1 cup ice cubes</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">1/4 cup low-fat (1%) milk</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">1 1/2 tablespoons honey</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom</span></div>

<div><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Preparation:</span></strong></div>
<div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Combine diced mango, yogurt, 1 cup ice cubes, milk, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground cardamom in blender. </span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Puree until smooth. </span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Pour smoothie into 2 glasses. </span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Garnish each glass with a pinch of cinnamon and cardamom.</span></div>
