Sexy Scoops
Almonds and coconut are beloved in Ayurveda for their ability to rebuild vitality and strength in all of the tissues, and are especially renowned for building sexuality and libido. Honey adds sweetness and sesame warms the body from the inside.
1 cup raw almonds
1 cup raw cashews (or sunflower seeds)
½ cup sesame seeds
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut (divided into two 1/2 cup segments)
½ cup carob powder
½ cup honey
Grind nuts and seeds to a powder using a food processor or Vitamix. Set 1/2 cup coconut aside and place remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Use a small ice cream scoop to form one inch balls, then roll each ball in the coconut. The final product should look like little snowballs.
