We negotiate all aspects of the retreat with our partner hotels including food, class space and rooms. All contracts are handled by our team which allows your team to focus on the event and your guests.

Finding the flow for your event is not always easy – the team at LA Yoga has executed nearly 100 retreats flawlessly allowing for the perfect mix of movement, downtime and scheduled learning.
Create Dedicated Sales Page
A sales page for your retreat is so crucial to the success of your event. Our team has knowledge on the proper flow of your retreat and will design all aspects of the sales page from photos to copy.
Handle All Bookings
Managing sales calls and getting your guests booked and confirmed are another aspect of how we support your retreats. Managing guests lists and proper resort confirmations will also be our top priority.
Manage Payments & Finances
Ensuring your retreats profitability is our top priority. No more owing the resort money after your event – our system has shown proven profitability for all of our events.

GETTING STARTED WITH ONE OF OUR RETREAT PRODUCTION PROGRAMS
We look forward to working with you and being a part of your successful retreats.
Small Consulting Fee
We charge a very nominal $1,000 non-refundable consulting fee after the initial free exploratory call if we agree to work together on your retreats.
Planning Your Retreat
We work with you on planning all aspects of the retreat via phone, Zoom and emails; select location and negotiate rates, discuss itinerary and explore marketing.
Putting on the Retreat
Once the retreat is underway we are available for questions and possible visit but you and your team run the retreat and complete with your guests.
We Pay You
Upon completion of your successful event we audit the final results and pay you a predetermined fee per attendee/person.
