Want to learn how to sequence efficiently, step into a stronger mind/body or simply to have a little extra fun on the weekends? We got you! During these 3.5 weeks together, we’ll study how to skillfully open and close each class, address modifications for new or injured students, learn many different inventive and effective sequences, and much more. Upon completion, your certification can be used as CEU with Yoga Alliance and other organizations. Other perks include access to on-demand classes for additional studying and unlimited yoga at SoHo while attending TT.
