For example, “CALM HEART” an exercise to balance ones emotions entails sitting straight in a chair or on the floor. Placing your palms together at the center of your chest, closing your eyes… begin to inhale thru your nose in 4 equal parts, then exhaling thru your nose in 4 equal parts. Continue this for up to three minutes. To finish: You inhale and hold your breath while squeezing and tightening every muscle of your body. Exhale, relax and enjoy the effects.
