About Tina Lustig

Tina Lustig is a technologist, published poet, women mentor, and eight year book club member. She has been practicing yoga and Pilates for 13 years. Tina lives in Huntington Beach with her husband, a sculptor and educator with a yoga and Tai Chi practice, and her son Jason, a fitness and nutrition expert.
