Take in oceans views at Haute Yogi’s newest yoga studio in Manhattan Beach.
The continued evolution and success of Haute Yogi has led owner Tiffany Friedman to move to a brand new studio just a few blocks from her original and now former location. With its roots in traditional Gosh/Bikram hot yoga, Haute Yogi now additionally offers a wide array of styles (some heat the body externally, while others focus on internal heat-building), including Vinyasa, Kundalini, Fusion, Ashtanga, Acro, Aerial, Yin Restoratives & Yoga Nidra. The blossoming of this popular beachside studio is a reflection of Tiffany’s own growth as a leader in the South Bay yoga community, and she has brought onboard a group of highly credentialed teachers to engage, inspire, and stretch her devoted practitioners.
At Haute Yoga, the studio itself is a no-expense-spared, state-of-the-art space that provides a luxurious yet meditative ambiance in which to surrender to your practice. Only one block from the beach, it affords an opportunity to take in the ocean view during class and soak up some sun and surf before or after class. One of the coolest features in the new studio is a stunning concrete and a sea-glass-inspired outdoor shower area with festoon lighting and exposed plumbing. Down Dog meets Dwell.
Tiffany describes Haute Yogi as a “sanctuary for vibrant health.” She has added a series of workshops and specialty classes to the robust schedule of asana classes, addressing a variety of topics like recovery from addiction, sound healing, hip hop flow, and inner/outer alignment.
Classes are available in single, 5, 10, and 30 class passes, monthly and annual unlimited memberships, and an irresistible New Student First Week Unlimited Pass for $30.
